Rochelle Liston secured the first gold medal for Ballarat Sebastopol Cycling Club in the girls’ 13 years 1000-metre pursuit after qualifying fastest.
She overtook Blackburn’s Alana Humphries-Grey in the last 100m to win by four one hundredths of a second.
Graeme Frislie and Will Key each snared two goal medals.
Frislie won boys’ 13 years 1000m pursuit and sprint, and the overall title in his age group.
Will Key secured the overall under-19 state cup championship, after he claimed two titles in the under-19 time trial and sprint.
Former national junior pursuit champion Emma Bilston secures gold in the girls’ 17 years 2000m pursuit.
Will Key secured the overall boys’ 19 years title after he claimed the time trial and sprint.
