Ballarat businesses to profit from hiring mature workers

Ballarat businesses that hire a mature aged worker can now apply for the federal government’s $1000 Experience + Jobs Bonus.

There are 2500 bonuses available to businesses, which aim to help mature age workers overcome barriers finding and keeping work.

Member for Ballarat, Catherine King, said the new incentives “encourage businesses to see mature age workers as valuable additions to their workforce.”
