Two on drug charges over Rainbow Serpent Festival

Last night, a 36-year-old Carlton North man and a 33-year-old Kew East man were arrested and charged with drug related offences.
Police say the men were intercepted in Jack Smith Lane in Lexton, where they were located with drugs and cash.
It has not been revealed what type of drugs the men were carrying.
They have been interviewed, charged and bailed to appear at the Ballarat Magistrates Court on March 4.
