They are all going to be part of a huge weekend in sport in Ballarat.
The countdown continues to three major events.
- Victorian Country Track and Field Championships on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday.
- Ballarat Pacing Cup on Saturday night.
- Ballarat and District Golf Association 54-hope open tournament on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
IN Ballarat Cricket Association firsts, it is selection day as the battle hots up for third and fourth.
East Ballarat and Napoleons-Sebastopol hold down these positions going into round nine, but are just one point ahead of Wendouree and North Ballarat.
Darley and Golden Point are another six points back and although not completely out of contention yet, neither can afford another loss.
