This wlll take the funding distributed to 1073 athletes since the mid-1990s to $366,295.

Another midweek metropolitan double for the state’s leading trainer Darren Weir.
A Chiller ($4 favourite) scored in a benchmark70 handicap, 2020m, and Priority Road ($10) in a 0-70 handicap, 1610m.
In his first racing campaign with the Weir stable since transferring from the Mick Price team, Priority Road now has four wins in 16 starts for OTI Racing.
A Chiller is also a four-year-old, with his two career wins each being in metropolitan class.
These give Weir 56 wins on the metropolitan trainers’ premiership table and increase his lead over Peter to 15.
Weir’s success have come at a strike rate of 20.81 per cent.
He has 155 win in Victoria, with Moody on 118 his nearest rival.
CHARLTON TROTS
WHAT a week Bungaree trainer Gabriel Steenhuis has had.
He won with Pascarma ($3.60) in a 4yo/older pace, 1785m, at Warragul on Monday and then repeated the dose with Desiring Kate ($2.40 in a C0 pace, 2100m, at Charlton yesterday.
Desiring Kate in a five-year-old half-sister to Decorated Jasper, which won 29 races and earned $430,000.
Meanwhile, Smythes Creek trainer Emma Stewart continues her battle with Mildura’s Shane Cramp for the lead in the Victorian harness racing trainers’ premiership.
Following a Mildura treble to Cramp on Tuesday night, Stewart landed a double at Charlton to climb to 73. Cramp is on 79.
Stewart won with 3yo filly Celewbrity Lass 2100m, against her own age and Goodtime Mike ($1.40 favourite) in a C1 pace, 2100m.
Then at Terang last night, Dunnstown trainer Rob McCartney kept his good run going with his small team when Carramar Chief ($2.40 favourite) won a 4yo/older pace, 2180m.
It was the four-year-old first win in 10 career starts
Carramar Chief is a half-brother to Rojen Cruz, which was a winner for McCartney early in its career.

- Hozatfora Sundon ($6.90) for Miners Rest trainer Nick Edwards off backmark of 40m in a T0/better trot, 2180m.
