Warrnambool’s Luke McLeod will make his debut among four inclusions for the clash at Highgate Recreation Reserve in Craigieburn.
McLeod has already made his senior debut with Warrnambool in the Hampden Football League this season, impressing in the Blues’ opening two assignments.
North Ballarat also brings back Jacob Hopper, Jacob Wheelahan and Matt Johnston, who all missed the Rebels’ 39-point loss to Murray Bushrangers Pioneers owing to school commitments.
This is the first time the TAC Cup has had a match specifically programmed for an Anzac Day.
An Anzac Day ceremony will take place before the 1pm start.
The Rebels desperately need a win.
They are the only regular TAC Cup outfit after the opening four weeks of the competition, losing to country rivals Geelong, Bendigo and Murray.
The TAC Cup returns to its traditional team selection structure this round, cutting back from up to six interchange to four plus a 23rd player rule.
All other games will be played on Saturday: Dandenong Stingrays v Western Jets, Gippsland Power v Sandringham Dragons, Oakleigh Chargers v Geelong Falcons, Northern Knights v Bendigo Pioneers, Murray Bushrangers v Eastern Ranges
