More than 300 riders competed in dressage, show jumping and cross country over the two days across six levels, ranging from introductory to CNC three star.
Friends of Woady president Liz Sayers said the group ran two major events a year as fundraisers which saw money go straight back into the equestrian centre.
“The cross country course was devastated by the 2010-11 floods,” Ms Sayers said.
“We lost preparation of the grounds and all the jumps, so we’ve worked hard to build the course back up.”
Ms Sayers said the course had been rebuilt to a two-star course.
They were also able to use their new club rooms for the first time at one of their major events, before its formal opening later in the year.
The new building includes a commercial kitchen, toilet and shower facilities, meeting room and first aid room.
She said a high calibre of riders competed, including Olympian Amanda Ross.
“The riders are amazed at our facilities now. We’re building up to be a regional equestrian centre.”
She was unsure how much was raised from the day, but at previous events about $25,000 was raised.
