FIRE
Three fire crews attended a house fire in Wendouree on Tuesday morning.
Crews attended an unoccupied Marigold Street home at 2.40am where a blaze had engulfed the kitchen and bedroom.
The fire had been spotted by neighbours and was brought under control within 15 minutes.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by police.
An alarm at Stockland Wendouree had crews scrambling after a floor polishing machine malfunctioned just before 6am.

Ballarat paramedics attended no trauma cases over night.
V/LINE
There have been reports of single carriage trains being accompanied by a coach to support commuters.
Due to V/Line track works, coaches will replace some services between Ararat and Melbourne from Saturday 7 June until Wednesday 11 June. Ballarat services will run as normal.
