POLICE
Police units are attending a truck rollover on the Western Freeway.
Emergency services were called to the intersection with Rememberance Drive at 3.18am after a truck struck a roadside barrier and jack-knifed.
There has been a strong smell of fuel at the scene for some time.
Both lanes were initially blocked, however VicRoads began clearing debris at 5.30am and one lane has been reopened.
No one was injured in the crash.
FIRE
Fire crews attended small car fire on a Combi van in Canadian at midnight.
One crew from Ballarat City and one crew from Ballarat spent 20 minutes dousing a fire at Clayton Street that was contained to the motor compartment of a Combi van.
No one was injured.
Senior Station Officer Mark Owen said the fire is believed to have been started by a fuel leak.

Paramedic report pending.
