Mr Taylor hit out at previous comments made by Mr Andrews in which he said “this tunnel (had) nothing to offer the people from Ballarat, nobody from Ballarat will benefit from it”.
Mr Taylor said the comments were naive.
“He is too interested in his mates from Brunswick rather what it means to Ballarat,” he said.
On Friday, Mr Andrews hit back at these comments, saying he wouldn’t be lectured to by anyone in the Liberal Party on what Ballarat needs.
“They can talk all they want but I will never be lining up for a lecture on what Ballarat needs from anybody in the Liberal Party,” he
said.
