Owner Scott Anstis will reopen the Spanish and Mexican restaurant at the corner of Sturt and Camp streets in early April.
The move comes after the restaurant temporarily began trading at the Ballarat Bowling Club in Havelock Street in December.
But after almost four months at Zaragosa on the Green, the team will celebrate the final night of trading on Thursday.
"It has been quite good ... to have the opportunity for us to open again. It was keeping things ticking over for us," Mr Anstis said.
"If we had to close for four or five months (after the fire) it would have been a huge effort for us to get customers back."
Guests will be given one free margarita with any meal purchased at Zaragosa on the Green this week.
"It will be kind of sad to leave ... the bowls club, they have been nice enough to lend us the space," he said.
Zaragosa will reopen for lunch and dinner at the Sturt Street venue between Tuesday and Saturday.
"We never opened for lunch at Victoria Street. I guess having a position on Sturt Street will make us more visible," he said.
"I think we will pick up some new customers. In our (Victoria Street) location we were out of sight, out of mind."
The Victoria Street restaurant was extensively damaged by fire on November 10 last year.
