European Group head chef Ian Curley and Craig’s head chef Shannon Easton will prepare a four-course feast on Tuesday July 14 from 7pm.
A charcuterie, duck pithivier, creme brulee and french cheese will be served at the dinner.
Mr Curley said he was looking forward to the evening.
“It should be a good night, it’s a bit different for Ballarat,” he said.
French wines from the Craig’s Royal Hotel cellar will be used at the event.
The chefs will prepare free range ducks from Great Ocean Ducks for the inaugural dinner.
