The Bulls were the only team to secure three wins – with the culmination of a two-day round on Saturday and two twenty20 matches on Sunday.
The 14 premierships points, including four for each of the twenty20s, have Brown Hill fourth and level on points with Golden Point (second) and Mt Clear (third), which was the other combination to get two wins on Sunday.
The trio is four clear of Wendouree, which had to split the points on Sunday after defeating Coronet City and losing to competition pacesetter Darley.
Darley came off an outright victory on Saturday to suffer its first loss of the season to Brown Hill.
The Lions still remain comfortably on top – six points head of the chasing pack.
North Ballarat picked up its first premiership points, ending its frustration in a surprise result against Golden Point in its first twenty20 game.
