Golden Plains Shire Council is seeking community feedback to establish a draft strategic resource plan for the 2016-17 budget.
Feedback to be considered by council over March and April to help further develop the plan and budget, with the latter to be published for public comment under the submission process in May.
Council wild hold a special meeting to hear community submissions in early June before tabling its final 2016-17 budget model in late June.
The process began with several focus group reports undertaken late last year, with improvements to roads and facilities outlined as an upcoming priority for council.
The draft strategic resource plan is a high-level, four year plan that provides an overview of the shire’s proposed key actions.
The information, and the ability to provide feedback, can be found on council's ‘Have Your Say’ platform on the www.goldenplainsdigital.com.au/consultations/143 website.
