Utilising the latest in camera technology, 3DExplore allows you to walk through and take a virtual tour of Hotondo Homes’ display homes from the comfort of your own couch.
Local Hotondo Homes’ builders Adrian Willingham and Brenton Simpson say the tool will help provide vision and inspiration to new home buyers.
“It is not always easy to look at a floor plan and imagine what the home will actually look like,” Adrian said.
“That is why the new 3DExplore will be extremely valuable to our clients, to help them get a better understanding of what their home could actually look like.”

There are three different ways to use 3DExplore. ‘First person’ allows the user to take a virtual tour of the home and explore every inch of it up close and personal.
The ‘dollhouse’ feature allows you to zoom out and enjoy a complete 3D view of the home.
Finally, the ‘floor plan’ option can be used to get a bird’s eye view of the home for an overall feel.
“Hotondo Homes have so many display homes across the country, sometimes in locations that are just not possible for our clients to get to,” Brenton said.
“This is no longer an issue, and we are really excited to provide homebuyers with a new and improved way to choose a home they love.
It also means once our Eureka display home closes to make way for our new display, clients can still view it online.”
