Local Ballarat builders Adrian Willingham and Brenton Simpson have walked away winners at the annual Hotondo Homes National Conference.
Attending the ceremony with their families, Hotondo Homes Ballarat was the recipient of both the 2015 Victoria Professional Builder of the Year and the coveted 2015 National Professional Builder of the Year awards.
“It has been an incredible year for us and we are extremely proud to be here,” Brenton said.
“We couldn’t have done it without our team who consistently go above and beyond.”

The awards recognise the achievements of Hotondo Homes builders throughout Australia and Adrian and Brenton won these awards off the back of 2014 wins for the prestigious National Shopfront of the Year Award along with the Local Area Marketing Campaign of the Year Award.
To win, Adrian and Brenton were judged on a number of criteria including customer satisfaction and service, quality of homes built and attention to detail when it came to the complete building process.

“The quality of their homes and their dedication to clients should be commended.”
Adrian believes building homes their clients love plays a key role in their successful business.
