IRISH-born comedian Dave Callan will bring more than good luck to his comedy show in Ballarat next week – he’ll also be sporting the best beard in the business.
Melbourne-based Callan, known for his performances on Rove Live, his late-night Triple J shows, from ABC’s Good Game and his hilarious stand-up routines, will headline May’s Ballaratcat Comedy night come May 6.

More recently, he climbed the world’s tallest mountain to perform in Stand up on Everest.
The pair will be joined by Ben Knight and sports columnist Tegan Higginbotham, both of whom have recently had sell-out shows at this year’s Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
Ballaratcat Comedy will be held next Friday at the Lounge at the George. Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 8pm.
