IF THERE is a day in the year for jazz cats to get hip, it’s this Saturday.

Ballarat jazzster Paige Duggan will launch her first album, Indigo, this weekend on none other than International Jazz Day.
Produced with the help of the Ballarat Arts Foundation, Indigo pays homage to the jazz greats as well as evolve her own ear and distinctive vocal style.
Duggan has been known to give sassy covers of classics like Minnie the Moocher.
Duggan will perform at Suttons House of Music on April 30 from 8pm.
Tickets are $12 on the door, with more details available at www.suttonshouseofmusic.com.au
