Earnest Ross is Ballarat’s latest South East Australian Basketball League player of the week.
In his first season with the GMHBA Miners, Ross received the accolade for his performance in a two-point win over Dandenong.
He scored 26 points, had 10 rebounds, six assists and three steals.
This win has Ballarat fourth in the east conference nearing the mid-point of the season.
Ross and teammates Roy Booker and Ollie Bailey sit in the top seven in the league for points per game.
Ross joins Rush duo Joy Burke and Abbey Wehrung as players of the week.
The Miners and Ballarat Rush play Nunawading in a doubleheader at the Minerdome on Saturday night.
