The accident was one of a number of incidents suspected to have been caused by icy roads as the temperature stayed under zero for much of the night.
Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen said paramedics were called to the Warrenheip scene at 5.24am on Sunday morning.
“Paramedics took two teens to hospital after they slid off the road on the Western Highway. They had minor injuries,” Mr Mullen said.
Police and paramedics were called to a number of accidents Saturday morning due to black ice including a double fatality near Daylesford.
VicRoads and police have both issued warnings to motorists urging them to slow down and drive to the conditions.
