Navarre lands 50th
NAVARRE’S senior footballers have raised the bar.
The Grasshoppers chalked up their 50th successive victory in the Maryborough Castlemaine District Football League on Sunday afternoon with an 11-point win against the previously unbeaten Natte-Bealiba.
Navarre, which has won the last three senior premierships, will face another test this weekend when it meets fellow undefeated outfit Royal Park, which has climbed to second spot on the ladder.
