HEART help is back in the spotlight this week with health experts in Ballarat offering a combined, free advice forum and heart health checks.
A cardiologist, cardiac rehabilitation nurse, general practitioner and heart patient will be part of a panel discussion while Ballarat Community Health will offer heart checks and guidance. The session will also offer lots of information from regional health services and Heart Foundation Victoria to protect your heart or to improve your heart health.
Ballarat has the state’s second highest rate of cardiovascular disease.
