Councillors will vote on the city’s Digital Services Strategy 2016 – 2020 this week. The strategy will guide the city’s digital capability for the next four years.
The purpose is to improve ways for residents to interact digitally with the council’s services. It also focuses on helping residents to make informed decisions and opens the floodgates for digital collaboration between residents, businesses and the council.
