Ballarat Rush rising star Kasey Burton has again been named on the roster of Women’s National Basketball League club the Melbourne Boomers as a development player.

It will be the 20-year-old’s second stint with the club, and comes after a strong SEABL season where the forward has averaged 3.6 rebounds and 6.7 points.
Burton will be hoping to feature for the Boomers when they take on the Bendigo Spirit in an exhibition match in Ballarat on September 17.
