The Ballarat long distance runner took out the Western Australia City to Surf half marathon in Perth on Sunday.
His triumph in the 21km event follows recent victory at the Swan River Run, also in Perth, during July.
Here, Hartigan broke the 14-kilometre course record by two minutes.
His next big meeting is the Melbourne Marathon on October 16.
