Golden Point and Central Highlands under-18 representative players Tayla Harris and Isobel Hoye are coordinating the the program for the Ballarat Cricket Association.
Central Highlands regional manager Campbell Waring said the two Damascus Year 12 students approached the BCA with the idea and the association had provided great support.
He said program, designed for five to eight-year-olds, would be a stepping stone to the inaugural BCA junior girls’ competition this season. The first session will run from 4.30pm to 5.45pm.
