ICP Hair Academy program co-ordinator Janine Lamb praised her for her efforts.
“It is fantastic for the Ballarat region to have an award winning representative from our area and well done to Olivia for all her practice and effort in the lead up to the competition,” Ms Lamb said.
“It is encouraging for the hairdressing industry in Ballarat to have motivated young people getting involved and excelling in trade competitions.”
