Major delays are expected on the Ballarat line this evening after a collision between a Wyndham Vale-bound train and an abandoned car at Deer Park.
Abandoned vehicle stalls Ballarat to Melbourne train
The crash occurred at around 5.45pm near Fitzgerald Road in Deer Park, and was attended by emergency services. No injuries from the incident have been reported.
V/Line is encouraging passengers to seek alternative transport if possible.
