Wendouree NA Blue, Brown Hill Forge, Dela Oscars and Brown Hill Blaze will play-off for the title.
Although one round remains, this combination cannot change.
Only the order in which they finish is yet to be determined.
Forge went into round 10 with still uncertainty owing to having the toughest draw for the last two weeks of the top four.
However, it shook off any doubt about its place in the leading bracket with an emphatic 60-31 win over Eureka Klassics in the penultimate regular season round.
Eureka Kellies are still just one win outside the top four after getting over Brown Hill Flame 56-43, but cannot make up the required percentage.
Wendouree NA Blue will be the minor premier.
It is one game and a healthy percentage ahead of Forge, Dela Oscars and Brown Hill Blaze.
Under the new format for the BNA premier season this year, fifth to eighth will play off for the second tier Laffey Shield.
Eureka Kellies, Eureka Klassics, Brown Hill Stars and Wendouree NA Gold fill the positions.
The Athlete’s Foot Cup and Laffey Shield finals series begin on Tuesday, November 8.
The Camera House 17/under Trophy enters its finals next Tuesday with qualifying finals.
Eureka Kwiks went through the season undefeated in the five-team competition.
Brown Hill Lightning went the closest to beating Kwiks when it drew.
All five teams will contest finals.
