Joanne Gilbert was listed as the ‘first successful’ candidate for council, receiving 1726 first preference votes – 13.19 per cent of the total.
She is joined by three new faces, with Owen Sharkey (1664 first preference votes), David Evans (1070) and Les Rowe (1028) also named as successful candidates.
Existing councillors Helena Kirby, Nathan Hansford and incumbent mayor Des Phelan were all re-instated.
However, the ever-popular Bill McArthur, a long-standing face on council, has lost his spot.
