Centrals Highlands Football League best and fairest runner-up Jordan Alexander is on his way to Lake Wendouree.
Alexander is stepping up to the Ballarat league club after one year back with Daylesford.
He is the first notable signing for Lakers since the appointment of Tim Malone as coach.
Alexander finished second in this year’s CHFL Geoff Taylor Medal and took out the Bulldogs’ top honour in his first year back with the club.
He was a premiership player with Daylesford in 2009 and went on to play with Bell Park in the Geelong league and Anglesea in the Bellarine league,
He was Anglesea best and fairest in 2013.
MELTON coach Brad Murphy has reunited with Matt Poland from Hoppers Crossing in the Western Region league.
Poland played in a Hoppers Crossing under-18.5 premiership team in 2011 when Murphy was coach.
