The Bulls, which sit 12 points outside the Ballarat Cricket Association first grade top four, were skittled for just 75 on the turf at Alfredton inside the first 38 overs of the day.
Naps-Sebas skipper Matt Ringin had done the damage, but his figures of 6-35 were overshadowed by a brilliant spell of bowling from Brown Hill’s Tom Bourke-Finn.
Bourke-Finn snared 6-33 to tear through the Naps-Sebas boys for just 54 in the 32nd over.
Brown Hill returned to the crease for its second innings late in the day and greeted stumps at 0-14.
Elsewhere on Saturday, North Ballarat is 0-31 in pursuit of Golden Point’s first innings total of 159, East Ballarat is in strife at 6-43 chasing Mt Clear’s 141 and Wendouree piled on 4-307 in the top-of-the-table clash with Darley.
