An injured sternum sustained in the crash during early January has kept the 22-year-old on the sidelines for a number of weeks, but she has been booked to make her comeback aboard Mister Flyn for trainer Majella Ballantine later this week.
Griffin said she has ridden a handful of trials leading into her return.
“I’ve been back at work for two weeks with no issues,” Griffin, who is apprenticed to Ballarat trainer Dan O’Sullivan, said.
“I’m feeling good and ready to get back into it.”
Griffin will also ride at Edenhope on Saturday.
