Kane Transport, which is currently based in Alfredton, was announced as one of the anchor tenants to occupy a share of 35 hectares in 2016.
The trucking company received the building permit for its new Liberator Drive headquarters in late May and have already assembled the frame of the giant shed.
MKM Construction owner Marcus McMillian said construction of the structure was well underway and up to 20 workers would be on site over the coming weeks.
“Construction is well on track and we’re looking at a completion date of Christmas at this stage, subject to weather,” Mr McMillan said.
The construction comes after Broadbent Grain recently completed its BWEZ home. The businesses will be joined by machinery company Agrimac, treatment table manufacturer Athlegen and brewing giant BROO.
