After suffering mechanical problems in round two in Italy in April, she was seriously injured in a fall in the third round in France in May.
“Unfortunately, getting injured really threw a spanner in the works because I had to miss that round and then I wasn’t 100 per cent for the fourth round in the Czech Republic,” she said.
Milesevic had her first race back a few weeks ago.
“We decided to race it because every bit of experience I can get at the women’s MXGP is valuable to me as it is my first season overseas.”
The last rounds are in the Netherlands on September 9-10 and France on September 16-17. “It’s crunch time now and I need to show the industry what I’m capable of.”
