The Burras went through the Central Highlands Football League home and away season without suffering defeat and then beat the Tigers and Beaufort in convincing fashion during the finals series.
Hepburn's amazing year has seen Bryce Coffey and Hayden Rodgers finish first and second in the league best and fairest count and Alister Ferrier boot more than 100 majors to win the competition's goal-kicking award.
The Tigers lost to Hepburn in the qualifying final, but bounced back with victories against Newlyn and Ballan to reach the grand final.
Springbank and Hepburn will also meet in the under-15 decider, but this shapes as a more evenly-poised encounter.
The Tigers finished the year in second spot, with the Burras on the same points in third.
Springbank then defeated Hepburn in the qualifying final.
