Ballarat City FC will no longer lock horns with regional rival Bendigo City in NPLV West 2.
Bendigo has been relegated – one of three changes in the conference.
Altona Magic, North Geelong and St Albans are newcomers.
Altona has been promoted from FFV state league one, while North Geelong and St Albans have been relegated from NPLV.
Moreland City moves to the east and Northcote City is promoted to NPLV.
