Across the month 86.3 per cent of services arrived within six minutes of their stated time, a drop away from October's 10-month high figures.
The figures continue a worrying trend which has seen V/Line fail to meet its punctuality target of 92 per cent since October 2016.
In a statement V/Line chief executive James Pinder said “we saw punctuality reach its highest level in 10 months in October and we’ll be working to see this improvement continue for Ballarat line passengers".
Reliability on the line increased by 1.5 per cent on October statistics, with 98 per cent of scheduled services running.
