Darryl Carr, 58, was previously found guilty at the Ballarat Magistrates' Court in 2018 of sexually assaulting two teenage students.
He had pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting the students at Bacchus Marsh College between June 2016 and February 2017.
However, he was found guilty by Magistrate John Murphy, having elected to have his case heard by a Magistrate.
He had been sentenced to serve an 18-month community corrections order.
Carr appeared at the County Court in Melbourne on Monday when the prosecution discontinued the matter and all charges were dropped.
