The Ballarat team will play Old Xaverians on the Morshead Park number one synthetic pitch on Sunday at 3pm.
Strikers, which had a bye in the round of 64, was replaced by Old Xaverians state league one after being relegated last season.
Ballarat District Soocer Association club North United lost to Spring Hills 7-1 in the first round.
