The trailer has been made possible through a joint sponsorship with Ballarat Trailers and Tow Bars and Eclipse Ford and has been a labour of love for members of the shed for the last six months.
Sebastopol Men’s Shed president Les Shimmin said the trailer was designed to fit everything needed for a community barbecue in it.
“All up it’s only cost us about $300 because the rest has all come through community donations,” Mr Shimmin said.
“We’re going to unveil it at the Million Paws Walk next month (May 20). Anyone who wants the barbecue for a community event, they can come and talk to us and we’ll be happy to run it for you.”
