The Victoria Country boys and girls sides will compete in Geelong as part of the the Australian Under-18 Junior Championship and Kevin Coombs Cup, which runs from April 21-28.
In 2017, the under-18 girls claimed a drought-breaking championship triumph, its first since 2000.
Head coach Gerard Hillier said Amoore, who plays in the South East Australian Basketball League, brought international experience to the team and was strong in last year’s campaign.
She is joined by Ballarat’s Bella Westbrooke, who has been listed as an emergency, and Rob Baker, who will be an assistant coach.
Meanwhile, Ballarat’s Ethan Fiegert will take to the court as a member of the under-18 boys team alongside Jeremiah McKenzie, who replaces Dominic Occhipinti on the roster.
