EARLIER: Paramedics are en route to Newlyn following a multi-car collision just off the Ballarat-Daylesford Road earlier this evening.

Emergency services received the call to the crash on Ryries Road just before 5.40pm and are currently heading to the scene.
The number of passengers and extent of injuries is not yet known.
