The Bulldogs are set to take on the Hamilton Boomers at North Park in Stawell from 1pm.
The teams previously met in a thriller at the end of July.
Just two points separated the teams when the final siren sounded. The Bulldogs 3.5 23 defeated Hamilton Boomers 3.3 21.
The all abilities teams consist only of players who have intellectual disabilities.
Ballarat is undefeated going into the match and finished first at the end of the home and away season.
Second-placed Hamilton’s only loss for the season was at the hands of Ballarat.
The Bulldogs are hoping to achieve a three-peat when they take to the oval, while Hamilton has never played in a grand final before.
Grand final day will also feature games from six all abilities football clubs and seven all abilities netball teams with about 180 athletes involved in the event.
