Jake Neade and Dom Barry, both former St Patrick's College and North Ballarat Rebels footballers, were delisted on Monday night.
Neade played 66 games in six seasons for Port, often proving a dymanic small forward.
However, he managed just eight games in 2018.
Neade was linked to Collingwood during the NAB AFL Trade Period, but a deal wasn't finalised for the 24-year-old.
Barry managed just five matches after getting a lifeline an AFL lifeline by the Power when they selected him with the 61st pick in last year's NAB AFL Draft.
He had previously five games for Melbourne between 2013-14.
Rookie-listed midfielder Will Snelling was the third player delisted by Port.
"Jake, Dom and Will have all contributed to the club in their own ways and I would like to thank them for their dedication," the Power's general manager of football Chris Davies said.
"Unfortunately, we have reached the time of the year where we have to make tough decisions regarding the future of our list.
"We wish them all the best for the future."
