The two major party leaders will attempt to win over 100 undecided voters in Frankston, in Melbourne's outer suburbs, on Wednesday.
It will be the first time the leaders go head-to-head in the campaign, just days before Saturday's state election.
The event, hosted by Sky News and the Herald Sun, will be followed on Thursday morning with a debate hosted by ABC radio.
Mr Andrews refused to say if he would stay on in parliament if Labor lost.
"I am but a servant of the people of Mulgrave where I live. I'm 100 per cent committed to work as hard as I can to make their lives better," he told the Nine Network on Wednesday.
"Well, we are campaigning very hard to win."
Victorians wanting to vote by post have just hours left to register, with the Victorian Electoral Commission's cut-off for applications closing at 6pm on Wednesday.
More than 135,000 people have already voted by post and another 807,000 have voted early.
Unlike in previous years, there is no excuse needed to vote by post, it just requires an application without a reason.
