James has lodged a clearance to Donald in the North Central Football League, while David has indicated he won’t be travelling back to play with the Tigers.
It is also understood top midfielder Chris Graham and key forward Paul O’Shea have told the Central Highlands league club that they have decided to hang up the boots.
In some good news, Mitch Couch will play for the Tigers again in 2019.
Couch was at Springbank alongside brother Nick in 2017, but returned to play with Nirranda last year.
Also among the recruits for Joe Otto’s first season as senior coach is small forward/onballer Sam Harkin.
Harkin last played with Kolora-Noorat in the Warrnambool and District league, kicking 80 goals from the past two seasons.
Springbank will open the new season with a clash against Newlyn on March 30.
