An initial creditors meeting was held in Melbourne on Tuesday, and a second meeting will be held within the next month to discuss what happens next with the business.
Administrators Sellers Muldoon Benton declined to comment.
A worker at the pub referred enquiries to the administrator, but added the business was still open and employees were still being paid.
Documents on the Australian Securities and Investments Commission revealed administrators had been appointed last week for the Lydiard Street business.
The pub, which features a TAB, 24 electronic gaming machines, and a function room, has been operating on Lydiard Street since 2013.
