Tom Le Lievre, who played in the side's grand final win over Buninyong last September, has lodged a clearance to join Victorian Amateur Football Association club Monash Blues.
He played a total of 15 senior games for the Crows in season 2018, kicking 17 goals.
Other Beaufort premiership players to have left the club include Jack Duke and Daniel Venditti, which have moved to Avoca and Bundoora respectively.
Despite some key departures, the Crows are expected to be one of the main challengers to the premiership in 2019.
Rohan Brown has stayed on as coach after leading the club to its first senior flag since 1996.
Beaufort is set to open the new Central Highlands league season with a twilight clash against Carngham-Linton at home on Saturday, March 30.
In other news, Cameron Brown is gearing up for his first season in charge of Moyston-Willaura.
Brown, who spent time learning his craft with Buninyong and Rokewood-Corindhap in recent years, was appointed as senior coach of the Mininera and District league club late last year.
