The Damascus College student is fresh from a standout Cricket Australia Under 15 Female National Championships campaign with Victoria Country, where she finished as the tournament's leading run-scorer.
The Brown Hill cricketer, who also plays with Carlton-Brunswick in the women's premier first grade competition in Melbourne, scored her first-ever century at the titles in Canberra.
Following the carnival, Meier was among those to gain an invitation to attend the National Cricket Centre in Brisbane during October. She also received an Australian representative hat for her efforts.
After the camp, 14 players will be picked to represent a Cricket Australia side at next season's under-18 nationals.
The 15-year-old is also a keen footballer with Lake Wendouree.
